A Plea for Help

I am in need of surgery, to correct a problem I’ve had for nearly 10 years. The details are all there in the link, but basically it’s a pilonidal cyst that keeps flaring up every few months. I have the chance now to get it dealt with once and for all, and not be in excruciating pain, but I need your help to do it.

Use of the Word "Swag"
I have noticed a lot of people using this term lately. It seems to have penetrated the modern youth’s vocabulary like so many other words have before. Urbandictionary.com describes it as “apperance ,style ,or the way he or she presents them selves. (sic)”

I spend a great deal of time on Skype, chatting with people.
